We love to spend our Thursday afternoons attending the Naturalist Passport program with Kingston Parks and Recreation.
Thursday afternoons at 3:30, a group of kids and their adult meet up at a local park in Kingston. Usually Forsyth Nature Center, but the location varies. Every week is a new theme.
We have dissected owl pellets.
The kids have learned about mammals and birds and reptiles.
We've gone on fish seining adventures
There is so much to learn about the great outdoors! Bring the kids and enjoy a Thursday afternoon with nature!
These events are free for the children and you can join any week!
