Last night my family got invited to attend Disney on Ice. My kids love Disney, and love live entertainment, so we were pretty excited to go!
I was really excited to have such great seats. We usually sit further up, but this time we were on the lower level, in section 126. We were still in the stadium seats, which is perfect for the kids to see over people, and close enough to really see the characters' perform. We always enjoy the show from wherever we sit, but I think we will be spoiled after being so close last night! I highly recommend getting lower level seats.
The show started with Pinocchio, who my kids aren't very familiar with, but they still enjoyed the ice tricks, singing and dancing.
They really loved the finding Dory story, with Nemo, Marlin and all the baby turtles skating around! Disney on Ice wouldn't be complete without princess cameos.
Tiana, Rapunzel, Ariel, Jasmine, Belle and more all made appearances.
The capitavating songs, colors and skating stunts made the show enjoyable for everyone. I loved watching my 16 month old point out the characters and shriek with delight.
After a shortened version of Frozen, starring Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Hans and Olaf, we stretched our legs with a quick intermission. We came back to Aladdin and the Genie for some more singing and ice dancing. The crowd went wild when Rafiki came out! I am a big fan of The Lion King, so this was one of my favorite parts of the show!
